Class of 2012 shooting guard Gary Harris was one of more than 22,700 in attendance at Louisville's season-opening victory over Butler Wednesday, as the Cardinals opened the KFC Yum! Center in style over the defending national runners-up. Harris, who is rated as the No. 5 player at his position, is slotted as the No. 24 overall player in his class.

The 6-4 product of Hamilton Southeastern H.S. (Fishers, Ind.) is familiar with UofL, having visited the school previously. But this experience took place in a much bigger atmosphere that was similar to a postseason game.
